Pasta salad with crab spatter dressing

Preparation

1. We cook the eggs following these instructions: https://www.thermorecetas.com/how-to-cook-eggs-in-thermomix/

   We place them in a container covered with cold water to cool while we cook the pasta. When they are cold, we peel them and reserve.

2. We cook the pasta following these instructions: https://www.thermorecetas.com/thermomix-recipe-pasta-cooking/

   Drain well and reserve in a large salad bowl.

3. We cut the crab sticks into slices. We add to the salad bowl.

4. We chop the chives very very thin with a knife so that it can hardly be sensed in the salad. We will not do this step in the thermomix because it is a very small amount and we need it to be super chopped. We add to the salad bowl.

5. From the four eggs, we remove 1/2 cooked yolk and reserve it for the vinaigrette. Now with the glass dry, we put inside the whole eggs already cooked and peeled (except for the 1/2 yolk that we have reserved) and we program 4 seconds, speed 4. We add to the salad bowl.

6. Without washing the glass after having chopped the eggs, we are going to prepare the dressing. We put the salt, pepper, oil, vinegar and the 1/2 cooked egg yolk in the glass. We program 10 seconds, speed 4. We pour over the salad and mix very well. We rectify with salt, pepper, oil or vinegar to leave it to our liking. Ready!!
