Without a doubt, one of the star dishes of the summer is the salad. Today's can be served warm or cold and is pasta with vegetables.

In the video you will see that we will only use our kitchen robot to prepare it. The peppers we are going to sauté them, green beans We will steam them for a few minutes so that they are still crisp, and the pasta will be cooked in the glass itself.

Ingredients

  • 100 g of onion in pieces
  • 30 g of extra virgin olive oil
  • 100 g red pepper in strips
  • 100 g of green pepper in strips
  • 100 g of yellow pepper in strips
  • 1200 g of water
  • 140 g of green beans (of the round ones)
  • A little bit of salt
  • 320 g of pasta (fisilli or other short pasta)
  • 100 g tomato in pieces
  • Some parsley leaves

Preparation

  1. We put the onion in the glass and program 5 seconds, speed 5. We lower with the spatula what has remained on the walls of the glass.

  2. We add the olive oil and also the peppers. We program 12 minutes, 100º, left turn, speed 1. We put the peppers in a bowl or directly in the source where we will serve the pasta and reserve.

  3. Without having to wash the glass, we put the water in it. We place the green beans in the tray of the varoma container and put the varoma in its position, on the lid of the glass and with the lid. We program 14 minutes, varoma temperature, speed 1.

  4. We carefully remove the varoma and reserve the beans.

  5. We put a little salt in the water in the glass and also the pasta. We program the time indicated on the pasta package (in my case 10 minutes), 100º, left turn, speed 1.

  6. We strain the pasta using the varoma container, directly in the sink or on a large bowl.

  7. We put the pasta in our source, along with the vegetables, and also the tomato in pieces.

  8. We mix well. We serve our salad warm or cold.

Notes

If we serve it cold it is better that we pass the cooked pasta under the stream of cold tap water once we have strained it.
