Ingredients

85 g of striated macaroons (penne rigate)
1 ½ cloves of garlic
1 dried chilli pepper (without seeds)
160 g tomato, peeled and seedless
15 g olive oil
1 pinch of sugar
Basil
Salt and pepper

Preparation

Heat 1 liter of water by programming 7 minutes, 100º, speed 1.
When the water has reached the set temperature, put the paste inside. Salt and set the time marked on the package, 100º, spoon speed. In my case it was 11 minutes.
When the pasta is cooked, drain and discard the cooking water.
Put the garlic, peeled and chopped, and the chilli in the glass. Chop it during 4 seconds at speed 5. With the spatula, lower the pieces towards the blades.
Add the olive oil and sauté for 2 minutes, 100º and speed 1.
Then add the chopped tomatoes, the sugar and season. Program 15 minutes, 100º, speed 1.
Then schedule others 5 minutes, at Varoma temperature, speed 1, without a beaker to allow all the water to evaporate.
The sauce has to be thick, if it is still somewhat liquid, program another 3 minutes at the same temperature and speed.
Place the pasta on a plate, season it with the sauce and finish by sprinkling a little basil on top.
Serve right away.
