Spirals with goat cheese

Today I bring you a recipe full of flavor and ideal to prepare when not long because in addition to simple is very fast.

I hope you are not scared or spelled spirals nor Goat cheese because both are easy to get or to replace. The spelled paste can be found in health food stores or in herbalists. It has a slightly darker color than wheat and a more "integral". And if you don't get it, you can use any type of pasta you have at home.

Keep in mind that spelled also contains gluten so It is NOT suitable for celiacs.

El Goat cheese tender will give it a special touch, so the little ones will get used to new flavors. The good thing about it is that it will be completely melted and they will not even realize that they are taking dairy!

My husband has to love this recipe, today I buy what I lack and on the weekend I do it because it looks great.
    What are chicken longanizas?
    Thanks for these great recipes.

    1.    Jessie said

I guess it was chicken sausage

  2.   Marisa said

    Marilo,

I guess the longanizas must be the chicken sausages, right?

It looks really good, I'm sure I'll do it next week too.

Mariló, Jessie, Marisa… you are right! They are chicken longanicitas or can even be made with fresh sausages.

      Kisses!

      Hi, Tony:

Sorry for the mistake ... I've already fixed it. They are 500 g of water and the amount you have to remove is approximately 1/2 cup.

      Kisses!!

    1.    Mayra Fernandez Joglar said

Hummmm !!!! This pasta has to be delicious, but with my diet I would have to adapt it. The discarded olives and the goat cheese could I change it for San Millán light spread? I wait for your answer to see what you think because I would not know if I have to lighten it in the broth or I throw it as is. Thank you!

      Hello Maria Teresa:

girl! do not remove the poor olives ... make slices with 4 olives, this will only mean 60 calories!

If you use cheese spread, you will not need to mix it with the liquid. Melts easily in the heat!

Kisses and encouragement with the diet !!

    Maria Teresa!!!
Complicated you have it, these recipes are better not to touch them and less taking away their grace (goat cheese among others) The best thing to do: you do it and then you take a two-hour walk and as if you had not taken it.

I would like to clarify the amount of water. I have put the 300 of water and all the spirals have come out made a mass of mazacota pasta that cannot be presented to the table

      Hello Ana:

I'm so sorry for the confusion and ruining your food.

The amount of water is 500 g. I have already modified it in the recipe.

      Please accept my apologies.

      Kisses!

Hello Mayra, thank you for answering me, you are right, I will not remove the olives, they are not too many hahaha and on top of that I am from Jaén, we will have to do propaganda. When I do it, I'll tell you about the diet tune-up, how did it fit me? Bye!!!
Ah I forgot, Jorge in my diet I can eat pasta once a week, of course without fat it is understood so I am going to try this adapted recipe to see what it is and I tell you that I walk 6 kilometers every day even if I do not eat pasta hahaha.

continue like this, Maria Teresa, you will have a tipin that you will be the envy of all of us !!

Much encouragement and many kisses !!

Hello, a delicious recipe, I would like you to clarify a question for me, when the onion has been fried with the sausages you say to put water, but leaving the sauce with the water or remove it and reserve it this doubt. Thanks

    1.    Mayra Fernandez Joglar said

      Hello Maria:

you have to put the water WITHOUT removing the sauce. So the pasta while it cooks takes on the flavor and is delicious! And we stain much less!

      kisses!

Hello, do not make this recipe, I have made it to the letter and I have come out an inedible dough, all the crushed macaroni, I insist I have followed the recipe step by step, not even the dog has eaten them.
