Ingredients

• 300 g red cabbage
• 2 large carrots
• 1 pippin apple, granny smith, pink lady
• 6 tablespoons mayonnaise
• 2 teaspoons mustard
• 2 teaspoons onion powder
• 1 level teaspoon of salt
• a pinch of freshly ground black pepper
• 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
• 1 teaspoon of sugar

Preparation

1. We put the cabbage in large pieces in the thermomix and crush 3 seconds, speed 5. We remove to a bowl and reserve.

2. We put the carrot in the glass and crush 3 seconds, speed 7. We remove and place together with the reserved cabbage.

3. We put the apple into pieces and crush 2 seconds, speed 4. 

   We put the cabbage and the carrot that we had reserved inside together with the apple. We add the ingredients for the sauce: mayonnaise, mustard, onion powder, salt, sugar, vinegar and pepper. We mix 4 seconds, speed 1, left turn. 

4. We put in a bowl, finish mixing with a spoon, and store well covered in the fridge for 1 hour.
