I don't know if you know this variety of mushrooms (portobello) but if you find them and they are not very expensive, I encourage you to try them.
You can prepare them roasted or cooked with your Thermomix as I have done, so simple and with very few ingredients.
They look good as an aperitif or as Garrison. even with White rice or with pasta it is delicious.

Ingredients

2 small onions cut in half (approx 120 g)
40 g oil
70 g yellow bell pepper, cut into strips or squares
300 g of Portobello mushrooms
35 g of white wine
Sal Island

Preparation

We put the onion and oil in the glass. We program 3 seconds, speed 5. Next we program 3 minutes, 100º, speed 1.
Add the yellow pepper that we will have cut into strips or squares and program again 3 minutes, 100º, speed 1.
We fit the butterfly on the blades. We put the mushrooms, the salt and the white wine. Without putting the beaker we program 20 minutes, 100º, left turn, spoon speed.
