The prawns with garlic and ginger It is one of my star recipes like starter or light appetizer. Ingredients

• 500 gr of peeled prawns
• 50 gr of extra virgin olive oil
• 4 garlic
• a pinch of ground ginger (be careful not to abuse)
• coarse salt

Preparation

1. We add the oil and garlic. We shred 5 seconds, speed 5. We lower the remains of the walls and program 2 minutes, 100º, speed 1.

2. Add the prawns and ginger and program 5 minutes, speed 1, left turn, varoma temperature.

3. Remove from the glass, place on the presentation plate and sprinkle with coarse salt.

4. Eat immediately because they get cold fast.

!-Freeze:[br]This dish could be frozen once prepared.
