I love the Rice dishes! It is a dish that I usually prepare on weekends, because I like how it is freshly made. And every time I prepare it I try to make a different rice. And in this case, I remembered how rich the butternut squash rice of Mayra, and it occurred to me to prepare this pumpkin risotto with roquefort. Of course, this rice is for cheese lovers.

I used roquefort because at home we love intense flavors, but if you want you can add a softer brie or camembert type. The contrast of the cheese with the sweetness of the pumpkin is spectacular. Do not miss it!

    I have recently had the Tmx, specifically the TM5. Would it have to vary something in terms of time?
    And on the other hand, for 3-4 people, instead of 6? Would the amounts vary a lot?

      Hello Arianne, you can follow the steps to the letter that the recipes from TM31 to TM5 are worth. To reduce the amounts simply divide them by 2 and you will have rice for 3-4 that are not excessively eaters.
