It is clear that in Thermorecetas we like the pumpkins. We have done almost everything; Risotto, panna cotta, sponge cake ... but without a doubt what we like the most is creams. Its flavor combines very well with other ingredients and with Thermomix we get the texture to be smooth and fine, ideal for older people or young children.

We are also going to take advantage of that handful of chickpeas that are always left over when preparing a stew. With which we will have a first and nutritious dish made with a harvest recipe, which always comes in handy, right?

This pumpkin cream with chickpeas is humble and very economical. It can be done any day during the week, so we can feed our family without exceeding our weekly budget.
