Rabbit with Mediterranean marinade

rabbit-with-mediterranean-marinade-thermorecetas

With the arrival of good weather, our eating habits change without us noticing. Our body no longer needs dishes that are neither so hot nor so substantial. So it's time to start taking care of yourself to be fantastic in summer. To start off on the right foot, we are going to prepare a rabbit with Mediterranean marinade.

To achieve our goal, I advise you to sign up for those recipes that have low-fat protein, such as turkey, chicken, and rabbit. They are nutritious and provide low calories. Today's recipe only has 175.

The rabbit is prepared with a Mediterranean marinade made from thyme, garlic, parsley and paprika from La Vera that gives it an intense color and a very rich flavor. And the best of all is that it is made in the VAROMA, with which we can take advantage of while doing other preparation to cook this recipe. Isn't it so nice to take care of yourself?

At home we eat a lot of rabbit and I would like to be able to make it for 4 people, double the amount of ingredients? Thanks

      Hi Susan:

As you tell me, you can double the amounts. Pay a little attention to the garlic clove because it adds a lot of flavor. If it is large or if you do not like it at home, put only 1.

Also note that the Varoma has a limited capacity. So make sure that the pieces are not too big to be able to fit them better.

      Regards!!!

    Hi, I love this recipe.

There would be some possibility of being able to do it without a grill bag.

    Thank you.

    A greeting.

      Hello Salva:

I have not tried it but it occurs to me that it can work the same if, after the marinade time, put all the ingredients in the glass and program 30 minutes, Varoma temperature, speed 3. I would also put the butterfly ... just in case!

If you try it, tell us how it turned out, okay?

      Regards!
