      isambert,

The secret is to grind the rice well, so it is not necessary to add more time because it becomes dusty.

      Regards!

But the butterfly is not placed? Doesn't the rice melt?

    1.    Jesus said

At speed 10 if you place the butterfly it is pulverized the same as rice and sugar.

        Hello Jesus,

I personally recommend that with the throttle on you do not go up to speed 4. Speeds from 5 to 10 are used for chopping or grinding and with the throttle on it would not be effective.

        Regards!

      Hello Silvia,

No, it is not necessary to place the butterfly because the rice is pulverized. These custards have a flavor similar to rice pudding but with the smooth and fine texture of custards or custards.

      Regards!

It stays quite thick, doesn't it? I have done it as is but the custard is not so dense. I do not know if it's normal.

      They thicken as they cool.

      regards!

You can take advantage of the rest of the cooked rice,
    All the best

      Hi, Tony,

I do not recommend it for two reasons. The first to grind the cooked rice is more difficult. And secondly, because the rice has already absorbed the water and I don't think it will be able to re-absorb the amount of milk indicated in the recipe.

I recommend that you use the remains of cooked rice in some other recipe such as croquettes or similar.

      Regards!!

Hello I would like to know if you have to boil the rice (or on the contrary the raw rice and pulverize in the machine
    Thank you.

    1.    Mayra Fernandez Joglar said

      Hello Ana Maria:

No, you don't have to cook the rice. For this recipe it is pulverized raw, thus saving a lot of time and energy.

      regards!
