Rice with baby squid and artichokes

A summer without rice is not summer! Today we bring you a delicious rice made with baby squid, artichokes, bell pepper and an incredible seafood fumet. With video recipe!

This time we are going to do it the traditional way, in a paella… the perfect moment to share with friends while enjoying some tapas.

The ingredients are few, that is why we recommend that they be of very good quality, especially the smell since it will be what gives all the flavor to our rice. In addition to the fumet, we are going to need a good rice, One squid (which you can replace with squid) and to give it a touch of flavor we will also add canned artichokes y Bell pepper.

You can prepare the fumet yourself (I leave you the recipe here: seafood stock)or, if you don't have time, you can also buy it made that they already sell very decent fumets in supermarkets.
