This recipe is wonderful. We will have some delicious and tender roasted potatoes with all the flavor of garlic and rosemary dressing. Many times we roast potatoes in the oven and, after leaving them for more than an hour to cook in the oven, when we are going to eat them we see that they have remained a little raw or whole inside.
