I love this recipe, because it is one of those complete recipes, in which with the same time and energy, we cook two or three dishes. For people who are always short of time, it's perfect. We just need to add a healthy dessert, such as coconut yogurt.

I love the salmon, but of course you can use your fish favorite or the one with the best price in the market. For example, sea bream, sea bass, fresh cod, trout, hake ...

As I said at the beginning, it is a complete dish because at the same time that we are preparing the fish in the upper part, we will make some steamed vegetables in the castle and at the bottom of the varoma to take them cream or well cooked, if you prefer. In addition, it is a good time to take advantage of and cook some eggs in the castle to make them stuffed and have them another day.

Very healthy salmon en papillote with mushrooms, ham and cheese. Full dish cooking in the varoma to make a healthy first.

Ingredients

  • 4 slices of salmon
  • 200 g of sliced ​​rosemary mushrooms (see recipe here)
  • 4 slices of cheese
  • 4 slices of ham or turkey breast
  • Sal Island
  • Pepper
  • 4 slices of lemon
  • A splash of olive oil
  • 1500 g of water
  • Your favorite vegetables (ex. Broccoli, potatoes, carrots, zucchini, green beans, peas ...)

Preparation

  1. We put the water and our favorite vegetables in the glass (the mushrooms with rosemary already cooked) distributed between the basket and the varoma container.

  2. With aluminum or oven paper we cut a square and place the salmon slice inside, seasoned, with a drizzle of oil and a few slices of lemon. We close the edges of the paper well as a little boat / tray so that the juices do not fall during cooking.

  3. We place the salmon on the Varoma tray, close and put everything on top of the glass. We program 20 minutes, varoma temperature, speed 2.

  4. We remove the salmon from their boats and place it in a suitable ovenproof dish, on top of the mushrooms, ham and cheese. Gratin in the oven until toasted and the cheese melts, about 4 minutes. Not much else, so the salmon doesn't dry out.

  5. While the salmon is cooking, we mash the vegetables with the cooking water and we will have a wonderful and healthy vegetable cream as a first course to accompany our salmon.
