Who has not ever prepared a Russian salad? It is a summer recipe, so easy and inexpensive that surely everyone knows the recipe. So, if you like this typical dish, I am sure that you will love the seafood salad.

To the classic preparation we have added some Prawns which are cooked at the same time as the vegetables and eggs. Then it only remains to incorporate a few cockles and some surimi sticks and we already have a different and tasty dish.

The best way to present this seafood salad is to accompany it with a little Mayonnaise o lactonese, which is a good proposal to avoid scares with the salmonellosis. With any of the sauce you choose it will be delicious!

The seafood salad is a recipe that starts from the traditional Russian salad. It is made from seafood such as cockles, tuna, and prawns.

Ingredients

  • 250 g of vegetables (potato, carrot, peas ...)
  • 2 eggs
  • 6 prawns or prawns
  • 3 crab sticks
  • 1 can of natural cockles
  • 1 can of natural tuna
  • 6 olives
  • 50 g mayonnaise
  • Sal Island

Preparation

  1. Put the chopped vegetables in the Varoma and the prawns or prawns in the Varoma tray. Close with the lid and reserve.
