Smoked salmon tartlets with dill rain

Only 4 days left for you to know the recipe for Quinoa! But while we wait, I bring you some delicious tartlets, filled with cream smoked salmon, with a final touch of dill dry. Starting from the recipe that we already knew of ham, cheese and spun egg tartlets, I have prepared the ones that I present to you today.

The good thing about this recipe is that we can prepare the filling with a lot of in advance and then it is only to assemble the tartlets in 2 minutes, and sprinkle them with dill. You can even prepare the tartlets a few minutes before your guests arrive and put them in the fridge (no more than 30 minutes).

Quick tartlets filled with smoked salmon cream, sprinkled with dried dill. Ideal as a snack and light starters.

Ingredients

• 12 small tartlets
• 100 gr of smoked salmon
• 100 gr of Philadelphia cheese
• dried dill for sprinkling

Preparation

1. We put the salmon and the Philadelphia cheese in the thermomix glass. We shred 15 seconds, speed 5. If you like a thin cream, you can lower the remains of the walls towards the blades and repeat the operation again.

2. Fill the tartlets and sprinkle with dried dill.
