Snow peas in soy sauce and ginger

Mmmm how delicious are the snow peas! Do you know them? It is not very frequent to see them in the greengrocers, but if you go to one a little more "select" or you take them right in season you can find them easily, which is right now, in April (just like white asparagus).

they have a unique aroma, flavor and texture. They are delicate and delicious. We could say that they are a mix between peas and green beans flat. They mainly contain niacin and folic acid, vitamins A and C or ascorbic acid. Its minerals would be: zinc, potassium, calcium, iron and magnesium.

To cook them we must treat them delicately, do not overdo it and do not apply too aggressive techniques. You just have to wash them and remove the outer pods (as we do with flat green beans).
