Smooth cabbage and apple cream

For years I have done the same vegetables cream in which I put the vegetables that I had in my fridge. It was always the same, zucchini, leek, potato and carrot, although always different because the amounts varied. Until I discovered low-ingredient creams, like this mild cabbage and apple cream, that allow me to enjoy the flavors more intensely.

It is a daily cream, that's what I call the simple and inexpensive that allow us to eat well without complicating our lives. We can also use the preparation time to cook rich steamed dishes in the varoma.

To avoid the strong flavor of the cabbage, I have cooked it before with only water and salt. So we have one very nourishing cream thanks to the use of this cruciferous and with a smooth and sweet taste of apples.
