First of all, don't let the experts and lovers of traditional pasta and Italian cuisine kill me! (especially my colleague Ascen, who lives in Italy and masters the pasta technique with great skill). With this recipe I intend to show you how they prepare with the TM5 pasta carbonara in a manner Express (In less than 30 minutes !!) and something modern and not very faithful to the traditional recipe ... already starting from the basis that we are going to use cream (when the real ones do not have cream ...) and that we are also going to cook everything at at the same time, the sauce and the spaghetti ... are you ready for this new version?
It is a good option if we do not really want to cook or do not want to invest too much time and effort in preparing a pasta dish. Of course, please, do not stop trying the authentic carbonara, which are really delicious and much better for my taste! But this, I have to admit, is not bad at all? And soon I will show you another version of the Ascen recipe that I learned from an Italian cook who are also to die for ... it shows that we adore pasta, right? ?
Spaghetti carbonara "express"
Spaghetti "carbonara express" to get out of a hurry and prepare in less than 30 minutes and a very rich pasta dish. In one step: we cook the pasta in its own carbonara sauce.
They look great. ?
Hello:
The recipe is fantastic but it comes out very little, right? Could the amounts be increased proportionally without touching the times? If yes, up to what amount?
Thanks for your work
Hi Javier, you can increase the amounts as long as they are proportional and fit in your glass. These would be the time modifications:
STEP 2. Put the onion and oil in the glass and chop 6 seconds, speed 4. Sauté 4 minutes, 120º, speed 1. (I would increase the frying time to 8 minutes).
STEP 3. Add the bacon and fry for 3 minutes, 120º, turn to the left, spoon speed. (I would increase this time to 6 minutes)
STEP 4. Add the cream, water, salt and program 6 minutes, 100º, turn to the left, spoon speed. (this time increase it until the temperature reaches 100º)
You will tell us!
A pity that you call it carbonara and put cream on it. It's like putting chorizo on rice and calling it paella.
Indeed, Ana, we said in the introduction, we know perfectly well that authentic Italian carbonara do not use cream. Take a look at this recipe: http://www.thermorecetas.com/tagliatelle-alla-carbonara/
