It is a fact that children love pasta. So we have a good ally to combine it with other ingredients and feed them in a healthy way while they enjoy.

There are different recipes depending on your children. If you are one of those who prefer strong flavors, you can prepare pasta with broccoli and blue cheesel. On the other hand, if they are from mild and traditional flavors you can make these spaghetti with colored peppers.

You will notice that it is such a colorful dish. What they do not know is that, in addition, it is easy to prepare and can be easily carried to the work or school.

Ingredients

  • 100 g onion
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 50 g of red pepper
  • 50 g of green pepper
  • 50 g of yellow pepper
  • 10 capers
  • 200 g spaghetti
  • 15 g olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

  1. Arrange the spaghetti in a pot with boiling salted water. Cook for the time indicated on the package. Remove and drain.

  2. At the same time that the pasta is cooked, put the garlic and onion, both peeled and chopped, in the glass. Chop during 3 seconds, speed 5. Lower the pieces to the bottom and add the oil. Poach during 5 minutes, 100º, speed 1.

  3. Meanwhile, wash and dry the peppers. Cut into small squares until the indicated quantities are obtained.

  4. After the time has elapsed, add the peppers and continue to fry for 12 minutes, 100º, speed 1.

  5. Then add the capers, season and program 3 minutes, 90º, speed 1.

  6. Divide the pasta into 3 bowls or plates. Distribute the vegetables, mix them with the pasta and serve.
