Spaghetti with baby eels, goat cheese and dried tomatoes

Today I have arisen Surprise guests to eat at home and had nothing prepared. So after thinking and thinking and nothing convinced me, I opened the fridge and saw some fresh spaghetti that only took 2 minutes to cook. And in 5 minutes I had this delicious and eye-catching dish ready. You will see what a delight.

In addition, in this recipe we will use the technique of pasta cooking in Thermomix.

Ingredients

  • 400 g of fresh spaghetti
  • 1000 g of water
  • 80 g of dried tomatoes (I buy it at Mercadona)
  • 250 g of gulas with garlic in oil
  • 200 g of goat cheese (roll type)
  • extra virgin olive oil (I used basil flavor)
  • shawl
  • pepper
  • oregano

Preparation

  1. We put the tomatoes in the glass and program 3 seconds, speed 4. Mine were very small, but if yours are larger, it's as easy as putting in about 5 seconds. We booked.

  2. Then we are going to cut the goat cheese with a knife. We cannot put it in the thermomix because it is so soft that it would make us a paste. We cut it into tiny pieces.

  3. Now we are going to cook the pasta. We put in the glass, the water with a little salt and the oil in the glass. We program 12 minutes, 100º, speed 1.

  4. We add the pasta and program the time indicated on its package, 100º, spoon speed.

  5. We drain it using the basket or the varoma container. We place it in a bowl and add the dried tomatoes, the drained eels and the goat cheese on top. Sprinkle with pepper and oregano and add a generous drizzle of virgin olive oil. We serve immediately (so the cheese will become very creamy with the heat of the spaghetti).

    How rich but the gulas do not make me very funny because I can replace them ???? by the way, where are the dried tomatoes? And that basil flavored olive oil?… .ummmmm. Thank you I love your recipes.

      Marisol, you can change the gulas for tuna in olive oil or if you prefer for smoked salmon. It will give it a different touch. Dried tomatoes can be found on any large surface, well preserved in oil or dried as is in a plastic bag. Basil olive oil is also sold in large supermarkets. Lucky!
