In this case, we are only taking the orange area of the skin and then we finish peeling it before using it. And, in which the whole fruit is added, it is not bitter either because it is very crushed. Hi M. Carmen, well, we used a rectangular mold, and since it was big, it didn't come out that high (this one in the photo is about 2 fingers high). If you want it higher you can use one a tad smaller. So a mold of about 35×25 will be shorter and one of 27×17 will be taller. But both are worth the same to you. 🙂
No, Irene, that was longer, only two days ago, and it was with an orange, the rest was the same, even the shape and the seeds, I don't know why it no longer appears on the blog.
Well, I've been looking and this is the first one in which we combine orange/tangerine with chocolate chips... could it be that you saw it on Instagram perhaps? Sometimes we advance there photos of freshly made things and that we are going to publish the following days on the blog... it's the only thing that comes to mind! 🙂
