This month I am going to finish it as I started it; with a recipe of cherries.
And it is that this summer fruit is so versatile that we can do everything with it. We have already tested them in gazpacho, riding a refreshments and shakes in desserts. And now with this recipe from spicy cherry sauce we will be able to enjoy it with cheeses or meats as in the photo.
It is true that the preparation is a bit long but they are minutes in which we can leave our Thermomix work alone and we continue with other tasks.

3.-By sections: it is in the lower right part. Here you will find the recipes according to their time or their category (appetizers, meats, desserts ...)
