It is normal for the kitchen to change as the months progress, so this season what prevails are gazpachos and light and fresh recipes ... you will not pretend that we get cooked with 35 degrees, right?
On the other hand, what we consider appropriate is to show different recipes to take advantage of seasonal products, so if one recipe does not suit you too much, you can take advantage of another. Realize that we are many followers but each one has very specific tastes that is why in the variety is success.
And yes, it is also true that we have had a season of changes that has not been our best stage but we finally have the perfect team.
