Spider cupcakes for Halloween

Preparation

1. To decorate the cupcakes We are going to use mainly a ganache that we will steam with our Thermomix. To do this, we only have to fill the glass with water until we reach the first mark (1/2 liter). Heat it for 4 minutes, 100º, speed 1.

2. When the water is hot, put a bowl in the basket with the dark chocolate, cream and butter. Place the basket with the bowl inside the glass and program 5 minutes, Varoma temperature, speed 2. At the end of the time, remove the lid quickly, preventing water from falling into the chocolate. We carefully remove the basket and stir the contents of the bowl with a spoon until the ingredients are integrated and the ganache is smooth and shiny. Let it cool down a bit so it has more body and is easier to work with.

3. While it cools, we can paint the eyes of the spiders. To do this we will take a skewer stick (a toothpick or similar) and we will dip one of the ends into the chocolate and we will put a drop in the center of each white chocolate pearl. We reserve the eyes in the fridge until the moment we place them.

4. Reserve 1 generous tablespoon of ganache and use the rest to cover the cupcakes. Sprinkle the chocolate noodles on top.

5. Cut each Mikado in half and stick the part that does not have chocolate in the cupcake. Take the other half of the Mikado, the one that is completely bathed, and dip one end in the reserved ganache. Join it with the end of the one that is nailed, forming a leg. Using the ganache as if it were glue. Repeat the operation until each cupcake has 8 legs.

6. Remove the eyes that we had reserved from the refrigerator and place two in each cupcake. Once finished, reserve them in the fridge so that the joint of the legs cools down and does not come off.
