Dracula's Bites

Preparation

1. Preheat the oven to 160º. Put the paper capsules in the cupcake mold.

2. Beat all the ingredients during 3 minutes at speed 3.

3. Fill the paper capsules with the mixture. Place in the oven for 25 minutes or until the stick comes out clean when you click.

4. Let cool on wire rack.

5. Put the milk and the clouds in the Thermomix glass. Melt them by programming 2 minutes, 60º and speed 3. Lower the glass from the machine and let it cool completely.

6. Place the butterfly on the blades and the glass in its place. Program speed 3 no time and add the butter and icing sugar alternately through the mouth.

7. At approximately 15 minutes you will see that it takes shape and we will have the frosting prepared. Put it in a pastry bag with a wide nozzle and leave it in the fridge for a while to make it easier to work.

8. Then decorate the surface with the frosting. Don't put too thick a layer unless you have a good dentist in the family.

9. We will give the final touch with the jam that can be the flavor you want as long as it has a strong red color. In this case I have chosen blackberry jam.

10. Put 2 or 3 tablespoons of jam in a small bowl and dip a round toothpick. Then puncture the glaze making sure that the jam stays in the hole. Dip the stick in the jam again and spread it from the hole to the outside so that there is a trail of “blood”.
