Sponge cake with red berries

This red fruit cake is one of what we can call little sinful. Have oil, not butter, and is characterized by not being too sweet. I have put white sugar in it but to make it even more "healthy" you can replace it with whole cane sugar.

We will use frozen berries. If you remember, take them out an hour before starting the recipe. Another option is to use dehydrated berries by soaking them first.

    I have made the cake and I did not like it. It tastes like raw and tasteless flour. The center has been undercooked, despite having had 10 min. at 200 ° and 50 min. at 160 °.
