Strawberry hot chocolate

If there are two typical ingredients of Valentine's Day! they are chocolate and strawberries. Around this time the internet is full of appetizing pink cakes and delicious chocolates.

Personally, if I had to choose, it would be a difficult debate to solve since the chocolate I'm passionate about it but strawberries they look so rich and juicy that they make me wonder.

So this year, in order not to see myself in the position, I have stayed with both of them and have mixed the best of winter and spring. This Strawberry Hot Chocolate is made in a snap, it's from smooth and very original flavor. If you want to prepare a fantastic snack you can serve it accompanied by some cookies or homemade cakes.

Original strawberry hot chocolate, with a mild and light flavor. Very easy and quick to do. A special snack for Valentine's Day.

Ingredients

• G strawberries 250
• 60 g white chocolate
• 300g milk
• 30 g of sugar
• 1 drop of pink food coloring
• 15 g whipped cream (optional)
• sugar decorations (optional)

Preparation

1. Wash, dry and remove the leaves from the strawberries. Shred for 30 seconds at speed 5. Sift using a fine mesh strainer to remove the seeds. Reserve.

2. Heat the milk with the sugar for 6 minutes, 90º, speed 2. At the end of the time, add the chopped chocolate and let it melt.

3. Once melted, add the strawberry puree and coloring, mix for 30 seconds at speed 3.

4. Divide the hot chocolate into two pretty cups or mancerines. Decorate with the whipped cream and sprinkle the sugar decorations. Serve immediately before it cools down.
