Jam muffins

Muffins

I found this recipe in the basic book for Thermomix in Italian. They call them Muffins but I would define them as a mix between cupcakes and rub each other.

Denominations aside, the truth is that they are very good. This time I have done them with Strawberry jam but if you put them jam of another flavor or even if you substitute the jam for Nutella or Nocilla They will also be very good.

How delicious, I'm going to try peach jam, thank you for these recipes, so good and so easy to make, I'll tell you how they turned out ...
Saying that the face that comes out here next door is because I don't know how to change hahahaha

Thanks Nuria. About the face ... we just put the comment system so I can't answer you about the face ... Of course, thank you for trusting us. A kiss, ascen

I have made them and they are not good at all, they lack sugar and also the dough seems like lousy bread, if when you upload a recipe make sure it is good

      Hello Manuel Juan:
All the recipes that are published in this blog are cooked, tested and photographed by us. In fact, the hand that appears in the photograph is that of my 4-year-old son, who eats them wide! I'm sorry they weren't to your liking, I can only assure you that they succeed in my house. In any case, I invite you to try other recipes for muffins and muffins published on our blog, I am convinced that you will find yours.
      Regards, Ascen

Hello. I make a lot of your very good recipes but this time I had no luck. For my taste they are also a bit lacking in sugar and the dough a little bread-like.
I have filled them with strawberry jam and nocilla. Next time I will fill them more now I will attack the cookies and chicken curry I have seen x there.
    Kisses

Absolute failure !! yesterday I made these muffins that look so good in the photo and the result was not even close !! They are hard, dry, they have not grown and to top it off they are not done well inside !! a shame after seeing the photo since I was left with the desire ...

      Hi Lualau,
Sorry you didn't like them. They may taste more or less, but what surprises me is that they did not grow and that they were hard and raw at the same time ... are you sure you put yeast and the rest of the ingredients indicated in the recipe?
      Regards, Ascen

They have not been as in the photo either ... and I have followed the recipe to the letter! They have not raised me that much.

      Hi Helen,
Sometimes the fact that the muffins rise more or less has to do with the oven and not so much with the recipe. I leave you the link to other more traditional muffins that you like a lot, in case you want to try them: http://www.thermorecetas.com/2012/05/17/magdalenas-de-naranja-con-chocolate/
      Thanks for writing to us.
      A hug!

Hello, I just made the muffins BUT I changed the recipe a bit: I used 50/50 normal flour and whole wheat flour and when everything was mixed I added at the end 1 banana and some nuts mixing with a few strokes of the Thermomix. I have NOT put jam. They have risen and turned out very, very tasty …… perfect for breakfast, snack + + The recipe I will use as the base recipe for my muffins. Very good 🙂 (with the TM21 and without butterflies), Thanks Ascen

Well, perfect those changes, Susan. Great that it serves as a base recipe.
      A kiss!

Well, I break a spear in favor of Ascen because they are delicious !!, In my opinion I think that muffins have been confused with muffins from what I have read in previous opinions and they have nothing to do at all, neither flavors nor textures, the oven is quite important and not all of them need the same time. If you follow the steps AT THE FOOT OF THE LETTER they come out exactly the same as in the photo, I made them filled with nutella and they have been a success !! Thanks for your recipe Ascen! .
PS If you want them fluffier, sift the flour.
    A greeting!
