Today I bring you another version of the classic strawberry petit suisse. In this new recipe the texture it's more creamy, very close to that of the industrial petit-suisse.
If you remember the recipe that I posted a few weeks ago, I used natural strawberries that give it a lot of flavor and a dense texture. For this new recipe, I have substituted the strawberries for a purchased gelatin preparation.
The good thing about making these types of recipes is that, as always, we can customize them to our liking. We can use lactose free products and even use our favorite gelatin flavor.
The result; a dessert full of vitamins and minerals that our children they will love it.
Strawberry Petit-suisse -version 2-

At first the little ones may be a bit reluctant but when you explain that it is homemade, they eat it, which is great!

Hello, I made the recipe for petit suisse de chocolate and I had lumps of the fresh cheese, any trick so that there are no lumps?
Hello Aranzazu: next time do not hesitate to extend the mixing time. If necessary, báteli for 1 minute.
There are cooks who filter the preparations made with gelatin. This ensures that there are no lumps. You can do the same with a fine mesh strainer.
Kisses!!
