Eggs stuffed with pate

Oddly enough, we are already over spring. Consequently, outdoor activities begin, excursions through the countryside and first dips in beaches and swimming pools. With so much activity it is best to prepare some eggs stuffed with pate to have the Dinner ready when we get home.

We can leave this recipe made in advance. We will only have to dress a salad and we will have a complete, quick and light dinner. 

Without a doubt, some of us can use the fine herb pate, campaign, pepper or whatever we like the most. So with the same recipe we will have many different versions so as not to get bored and that our menus are not monotonous.

This recipe for eggs filled with pate is as simple as boiling the eggs, emptying them and filling them with a cream made of pate, yolks and mayonnaise. In addition to quick and simple this recipe is inexpensive.
