During the weekend we always allow ourselves little whims We can't have it every day, so what do you think if we make some stuffed paninis for dinner?
It is a very simple recipe, we only have to empty a few bread rolls as if they were boats. Then we can fill them with what we like the most. In this case I have used a very classic mixture based on Manchego cheese and bacon. The result is surprising because the filling grows like a souffle and they are juicy. We have liked them so much that I am already thinking of filling them with other ingredients.
To make these stuffed paninis we can use our favorite bread either white, whole wheat, or rye bread like the ones in the photo. The next time I make them, I'll dare with a baguette ... can you imagine?
