Stuffed turkey rolls

Stuffed turkey rolls

Stuffed turkey rolls. If you have not yet thought about Christmas Eve dinner or Christmas lunch, this may be your recipe. Traditional, simple and complete. A magnificent main dish typical of Christmas, which we are going to accompany with onion caramelized and sweet from piquillo pepper. Delicious. While we make the garnish, the VAROMA will cook the turkey

The recipe is a variant of the stuffed chicken delicacies that Irene offered us a few days ago. So if you don't like turkey or nuts, you also have that option.

Hello Ana, I would like to make this recipe on Christmas Day, I have had the thermomix for a couple of weeks and I am a bit new. I would like to know if I can prepare this recipe the day before and serve it with a touch of micro on Christmas day (which would be better micro or touch oven).

Hello Susana, yes there would be no problem. I think it is better to microwave, at low power so that it does not dry out too much. Store them in the cling film in which you cooked them. I recommend that this film is suitable for microwaves so that you can heat them right there with their juice. They are sure to look great on you! You may also have to add a splash of water to the sauces if they have become too thick when you go to heat them (you can also do it in the microwave without problems). Thank you for writing and you will tell us how are you! A hug 🙂
