A few days ago I posted on the web as cook pasta and many of you asked me to put the recipe for Bolognese sauce.
This recipe is one of my husband's and now my daughters' favorites, so I make it very often. Before I made it differently, but having my Thermomix® and seeing the recipe in the book, I was encouraged to prepare it and since they tried it it is your favorite version.
In this recipe add vegetables like carrot, green pepper, mushrooms and various spices and it looks great. You can also use beef, pork or a mixture of both.
We can use this sauce to prepare endless recipes as Lasagna, stuffed vegetables, cannelloni, pizza or as a side for pasta.
My personal trick
My personal trick is to add a couple of spoons of spaghetti seasoning. I have been using one that I have bought at Mercadona for many years and I love the touch it gives to this recipe.
This is a small suggestion that my mother-in-law gave me and I thank her because with that touch it tastes like pasta. pure Italian style.

In Mercadona is there of that seasoning?
I will have to look at it because if we already like this sauce in tmx with an extra dot, even better not?
It is my custom to make it and freeze it and so that day in a hurry is to cook the pasta, period.

I didn't know about the seasoning either, I'm looking for it right now! I, like thermo, make the kilo and freeze in individual glass jars to take out, especially for the little one. Nor did I put the laurel, I'll try it right away! Thanks Silvia!

I usually put mushrooms in canning because I always have one of those but you can also put them natural and it comes out great.

Elena, it is not convenient to have the sauce without consuming for more than four days. I already freeze everything that I don't spend in two days.

It would be very useful if you put in your recipes the small changes that we must make, those of us who still do not want to get rid of our old TM21…. ;-)
Everything would be the same except the last step, before adding the meat we put the butterfly on the blades, add the meat and the rest of the ingredients and program 20 minutes, varoma temperature, speed 1.
