Thermomix recipe Hake with steamed vegetables

This recipe for hake with steamed vegetables is a preparation that I love for dinner. Fish is one of my favorite foods and made in the varoma with vegetables looks great and very light.

This type of recipes they are phenomenal to take care of themselves or to make a diet of regimen or weight loss. It is also suitable for people with celiac disease or gluten, egg and lactose intolerance.

It can be made with all kinds of fish like fillets of perch, golden, seabass, etc. I have tried it with hake and perch fillets and I like them a lot.

It is also very fast, because in about 30 minutes we have the plate ready. To plate it, you just have to place a bed of vegetables with the fish on top. You season it to your liking and, to give it that special touch, add a drizzle of extra virgin oil on top ... and you have a plate 10 ready!

    Last night I made the recipe and it was all ready in 30 minutes. By the way, I'll tell you what I did. Instead of putting the whole vegetables, for the kids, after boiling it, I put the potato in a bowl with the whiting, and on top I put the shredded vegetables with the broth and a delicious sauce came out.     Hello, I always follow you but until now I have not written anything, I live in Miami but I am from Madrid.
    My 3-year-old son has a special gluten-free and casein-free diet and he always eats different things from us yesterday we all sat at the table and for the first time we were able to eat the full menu for everyone equally, of course for him only potatoes and fish because onion and the rest there is no one to make him eat it.

    I tried the recipe the other day and great. The only thing that since I'm on a diet and I couldn't have white wine or potato, I didn't add wine and I replaced the potato with eggplant.
    Also, afterwards I crushed the vegetables and topped them with the mercluza, great.
    So good that today I repeat. The sauce is very good and the fish, without any fat.

    Good the white wine could substitute it for lemon ??

      Hello Cleopatra, I would recommend you replace it with 40 g of water and 10 g of vinegar or if you want lemon. You can also substitute it for 30 g of lager + 20 g of water, although the flavor will change a bit but it will work well for sure. Thanks for writing to us!
