Vegetable soup with chicken

thermomix recipe cream vegetables chicken

This cream of vegetables with chicken I do it very often because I still have a small one in age of purees. As it is very simple and complete because it has vegetables and chicken meat.

When I do it, I usually take advantage of it and make more of it. So we also have a dish for the elderly. You can choose not to put the chicken in it and you will have a great cream to serve as a first course.

You can also play around with the recipes and adapt them to what you have in the pantry.

    Hello
I am just starting out in the world of cooking and I would like to know if the chicken should be thrown raw or previously it has to be cooked?
    Thank you so much!!

Hello Patricia, you have to throw it raw. I hope you like it. All the best.

Of course you can do it even if you lack an ingredient or if it were the case that you do not like something, then we do not add it and that's it.

Hellooooo !! thermomixers I'm going to try to put aside the desserts (until the weekend) that I already have in mind to make that delicious apple pie without sugar, that just by looking at the photo you start to salibar, jijijijiji ... They are simple to make ... now I'm making the one with chicken and vegetables ... I'll tell you how it turned out, even though I'm a cream maker and with what it takes, it has to be very tasty. A greeting and thank you very much for the fantastic blog

I have already tried it, and it has been great; although in my t-21 the quantities do not fit well; although maybe it was because it was the first time, but it was delicious, even if I changed the beans for another tomato.

Not only did it look great, but also, because I have orthodontics, it is great for me to consume chicken proteins without problems; And since I cook just for myself, I prepare several glass jars, and I already have them for several days 🙂

Thank you very much for this, and so many recipes; if not for you ... 😉

Hello, how are you? Allow me a question related to baby purees. Now that our second son, Daniel, is starting with the pure ones… yesterday he was 7 months old !!!, hehehe. In the book on Infant Food with Thermomix, the recipe for pureed vegetables and chicken puts the ingredients it has and others. However, in this recipe it does not have potatoes and in the comment below …… it says that it should start only with potatoes, carrots and chicken. To make a puree with those 3 unique ingredients …… ..how much potato should be put?… .And if potato is added in the initial recipe, which does not put it …… .with all the ingredients that it brings …… .in what step would this potato be added and how would it be cooked? Greetings and thanks for your wonderful blog.

Sergio, if you add potatoes there is no problem, you just have to remember that you have to introduce new foods little by little, to be able to detect if he had an allergic reaction to any.
I recommend that you do not add too much potato, especially if you are going to freeze it.

Hello and thank you very much for your answer. Another doubt… .you comment that there is no problem for putting potato in that recipe, that is …… as an added ingredient. Since the one that brings the book, if you look at it, does not bring potato. If we add it, the potato, how much quantity in gr? …… so that it is provided in the well-known recipe? …… if we add x gr of potato, wouldn't it open to increase the amount of water?… ..Have you help me with this, that I am in the middle of the beginning of pure. Greetings.

Hi Sergio, well I couldn't tell you, I don't know this recipe, but you can put a small potato in it, and add a little more water. Be careful not to get too hot, it is a matter of experimenting, and what is best for the baby.
