In this case, in addition, we are going to take advantage of the fried tomato preserve that we have stored or that we already have open in the fridge and that we want to spend.
I like to make this toasted bread when guests come to accompany, for example, Serrano ham or cheese for appetizers. It is an original way of presenting bread.
