What a pleasure it is to come home and have the prepared food, truth?. Today I have a tomato soup that will taste great to me because, in addition, to help me fight the cold, it is full of nutrients.

We all know the satiating and relaxing power of soups and creams. But this, being made with tomato and pepper, will protect us against aging and it will strengthen our body.

This tomato soup has a pleasant flavor and a subtle hint of ginger which makes it perfect for the coldest days of winter.

It has a very light texture that also makes it perfect for summer dinners. Although, if you like thicker and more concentrated soups, you can try this version of Irene, also made with vegetables and a touch of celery.

      sorry, I also put pepper and ginger on it sometimes. It is the same base, sharing ingredients but watered down. Nutritious, healthy and delicious, safe. Try one day to reduce / eliminate the amount of water and tell us.

    I followed the recipe to the letter and totally agree with those who think it is watered down. Sorry but something is missing because it has very little flavor.

    Thanks for the recipe anyway, but whoever follows it, think about removing perhaps 200 g of water, or adding half the liquid with vegetable broth…. I do not know.

    I make it without ginger, my recipe is from my grandmother, and I am already retired and yet I put good boil, cumin and a pinch of oregano on the plate, I also add fat noodles or spaghetti very split
    When I add the garlic, it is crushed in an almirel together with a not very large slice of fried bread.
