Tortilla cake

Preparation

1. We put the chives in the glass and crush 4 seconds, speed 4. Add 20 g of oil, a pinch of salt and the peas. We program 15 minutes, varoma temperature, spoon speed. Remove from the glass and reserve. (We drain if necessary).

2. Without washing the glass, add the garlic and crush 4 seconds, speed 4. Add the other 20 g of oil, the mushrooms and a pinch of salt. We program 10 minutes, varoma temperature, spoon speed. Remove from the glass and reserve. (We drain if necessary).

3. Without washing the glass we put the 8 eggs in the glass, a pinch of salt and crush 4 seconds, speed 5. We divide the eggs into 4 equal parts and reserve.

4. We will use a small pan to curdle the tortillas with a tablespoon of oil:

5. Eggs + mushrooms + garlic

6. Eggs + piquillo peppers

7. Eggs + peas + chives

8. Eggs + tuna

9. Now we will assemble the cake. We will alternate tortillas and a layer of mayonnaise or tomato, to our liking. We will finish by covering it with mayonnaise sauce and decorating it with a little tomato.
