Turkey stew Provençal

You already know that the meat of turkey is one of the leanest that we have in the market. So it allows you to prepare delicious recipes without adding too many calories.

It is true that the recipe is not the fastest but it is worth it because with this stew and a good salad in the center you will have a food for the whole family.

First of all I will tell you that in the market you will find several types of Provencal herb mix. Each one with more or less quantity of the different herbs although you can also do it easily at home.

Although I have a very large grocery store, I don't have a specific pot with Provencal herbs. So I do it instantly with a dash of thyme, rosemary, oregano, basil, marjoram, chervil, tarragon, fennel and a dash of lavender. I mix it up and I have my particular mix ready.

This recipe can also be made by putting the potatoes in the glass. This way you will have the varoma available to perform other preparations.

If you have a portion left over can be frozen, it holds perfectly up to 3 months in an airtight container. However, the potatoes will not have the same texture or flavor so it is better not to include them.

      I'm sorry it didn't look good on you. The next time you make stews you have to make sure that the meat cubes are not so small. You can also control the cooking time and reduce it if necessary.
