Have you noticed that the strawberry season has started just for Valentine's Day? Well, we could not miss the opportunity and today I bring you a fantastic strawberry valentine mousse, ideal for dessert on February 14th.

It is one of the most desserts Quick y easy to do, we only need strawberries and condensed milk. Did you think that such an easy dessert could be so so so so delicious? I confess something: it is one of my favorite desserts. And the best, will be done in just 2 minutes.

Soft and tasty Valentine's Day mousse, made from strawberries and condensed milk. Ideal for the dessert of dinners or special meals.

Ingredients

  • 200 gr of strawberries
  • 200 gr of condensed milk
  • a splash of lemon juice

Preparation

  1. Add the strawberries into pieces and program 1 minute, progressive speed 5-7-10.

  2. Next we put the condensed milk and the lemon and crush 30 seconds, speed 5.

  3. Let it rest in the fridge for at least 2 hours.

  4. You can rectify the amount of condensed milk or lemon depending on how you like it.

  5. That easy!

    And is there any way that the strawberry seeds are not in the mousse? It's that my husband doesn't like them at all ...

      Hi Marta, you could strain it, but I'm afraid it's too thick for it. The option that I use is to crush it in the first step in progressive speed 5-7-10. Have it more time shredding at speed 10 and that way they will be as fine as possible. You will tell me!

    Hi! I have not been with a mousse texture, more like a thick cream. Has rested one day in the fridge ... Is it normal?

      Hi Christian, it's normal. It does not have a mousse texture since it does not have whipped cream. It is an express recipe. So it looked good on you, did you like the flavor?
