Vegan marzipan balls

Preparing these vegan marzipan balls is so easy that even the smallest of the house can help us and contribute your bit in the Christmas celebrations.

These snacks are designed for all those who carry a vegan, vegetarian or egg-free diet and they do not want to give up the more traditional flavors.

They are made from almond and coconut and they have a crunchy chocolate coating that will delight the whole family.

These balls are so easy that you just have to mix the ingredients, make balls and coat them in chocolate. In a matter of minutes you will have them ready to serve.

Se they keep well in the fridge for at least 1 week although I don't think they last that long because they are a real temptation.

When it comes to melting the chocolate in the recipe you have the instructions to do it with Thermomix® but you can also use the microwave oven. It is faster but remember that you have to use short periods of 15 seconds to avoid burning.

For decor, these balls admit all kinds of details. You can use grated coconut, powdered orange, colored sprinkles and even edible glitter and gold.

On this occasion I have used dark chocolate but do not hesitate to use the chocolate that you like the most But make sure that it is suitable for vegans and that it does not have traces of egg so that your guests can enjoy it 100%.
