Volovanes stuffed with scrambled eggs with prawns and anguriƱas

Volovanes stuffed with scrambled eggs with prawns and anguriƱas

The volovanes stuffed with scrambled eggs with prawns and anguriƱas They are a classic that can not be missing in our lunches or dinners of Christmas.

When Irene taught us to prepare her stirred of mushrooms with the Thermomix we liked the idea so much that we started making different combinations. This one, in particular, with prawns and anguriƱas, we loved.

When serving it, I recommend that you use volcanoes or tartlets because it is not the same to present a scrambled egg without more than surprising your guests with these puff pastry and its juicy filling. Although the presentation takes a little more time, it is so beautiful that we can resist.

I have used large volcanoes. But if you are thinking of organizing a buffet I recommend you use smaller ones, with these amounts it will surely give you a good tray.

I would like to know why you bake the volcanoes, when I buy them they are already cooked. This recipe falls for sure! All the best.

      Hello Mary,

The ones that I buy also come already baked and I have limited myself to following the manufacturer's instructions.

You'll see how good they are !!

      Kisses!

What a great look those volcanoes have, this recipe falls flat these holidays, but I have a question: Where can I buy the dried cayenne? Thank you,

    1.    Mayra Fernandez Joglar said

      Hello Sea,
Cayenne is the chilli of a lifetime. Look for it in the spice section of any supermarket. Ahh !! Remember to remove the seeds, which is what itches the most !!

      Kisses!
