From the first moment I saw the white chocolate souffles I knew I was going to like them. But now that I have prepared and tested them I can affirm and confirm that they are ideal.

I'm not just talking about their taste, I'm also talking about how they are easy and quick to make. But without a doubt what I like the most about them is that they can be done in advance, and this, in the middle of the Christmas season, is a feature to take into account.

I recommend you use small containers of about 100 ml capacity. Our guests are sure to appreciate a chic and minimalist dessert. Afterwards they are always entertained with some traditional desserts such as nougat and  marzipan.

      hello Azucena,

      these souffles are made with a crème anglaise. If you notice we have beaten the yolks with the sugar at 37º. Enough time so that later, when you join them with the cream and the whites, they set perfectly.
      Try it and it will surprise you !!
