Yogurt and peppermint sauce

Today I bring you a very very simple recipe, but very very helpful. It is a yogurt and peppermint sauce very fresh, which we will prepare in just 1 minute.

Taking advantage of the fantastic recipe of Greek yogurt our compi Ascen, we can use one of those delicious yogurts to make this sauce.

If we serve the yogurt and mint sauce cold it is ideal to help us eat vegetables, such as carrots, celery, lettuce ... and if we serve it warm it is ideal to accompany meat such as Mesopotamian steaks. Both options are perfect for a dinner.

Exotic and refreshing Greek yogurt sauce with mint. Idea to accompany vegetables and crudités or minced meat. The perfect dressing.

Ingredients

• 1 Greek yogurt
• 1 / 2 garlic clove
• a pinch of salt
• a pinch of sugar
• 1/2 cup of mint or spearmint leaves

Preparation

1. We put the garlic, salt, sugar and mint in the glass. We shred 6 seconds, speed 6. We lower the remains of the walls towards the blades and repeat the operation: 6 seconds, speed 6.

2. We add the yogurt and mix 6 seconds, speed 2. We taste and rectify salt or sugar. Ready to drink!
