Have you noticed how versatile zucchini is? The same serves us for a cream as to prepare these zucchini pancakes. At home we liked them a lot because they are crunchy on the outside and at the same time soft and creamy on the inside.

      Well ... the truth is that you catch me Vanessa because I have never made them in the oven. I would put them in a cupcake mold greased with a little oil and bake them for about 20 minutes at 180º. These indications are by eye, give me a few weeks to experiment and I will have a tested recipe, okay? 😉

    Great! I have made them with whole oat flour and baked for 20 min 180 *, they have come out crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, what an eye Mayra! I have made them in the form of cakes and I have placed them on baking paper.
