Red beet and chocolate cupcakes for Valentine's Day

Have you got everything ready for Valentine's Day? This year I have launched to prepare the Most romantic Valentine's Day… Dinner, a gift and, to top it off, some red beet and chocolate cupcakes.

Even if they are gluten-free cupcakes are very easy to make. They also do not have artificial colors because to dye the dough I have used cooked beet that gives it an intense color.

They have a smooth and highly balanced flavor thanks to the beet and dark chocolate that add sweetness to the dough and a slight bitter touch that prevents them from being cloying.

In this case I have used coconut oil but you can also make them with a mild variety of virgin olive oil. The result is so good that ... you will fall in love!
