Apple and ricotta cake

We like simple cakes, those that are prepared in a moment and that the whole family like. Today's is made with ricotta (also serves cottage cheese), eggs, and apple. Have Low fat since it does not contain oil or butter.

What do you not have apple? Replace them with pears or any other fruit and it will be just as delicious. You will see that the dough is quite compact but it has to be like that. It will help us so that the apples do not sink and remain on the surface.
