Tomorrow, November 15, the National Bundt Cake Day. So to celebrate we have prepared a gluten-free and dairy-free chocolate and coffee bundt cake.
To prepare it I have used the Nordic Ware Blossom mold which is one of my favorites. Although the truth is that No products found. because the cakes are spectacular with all the decorations and reliefs of the mold.
That is why I have left mine natural so that you can see all the petals. Imagine how it can be if we decorate it with a little chocolate or with a soft icing ... divine!

That is why I have launched this gluten-free and dairy-free chocolate and coffee bundt cake totally suitable for the whole family. It's made with homemade rice flour and buckwheat flour. Of course I have also added coffee and cocoa that provide a very adult flavor.
