It is not the first time (nor the last) that in Thermorecetas We prepare some porridge for breakfast. I like them because they are very satiating and they fill you with energy to face an active morning without going hungry.
Also, I am delighted since I discovered how easy it is to give them a party air with different flavors and touches.
You can easily do a lactose-free version and adapt it to your special diet.
These "carrot cake" oatmeal porridge they do not have added sugar since raisins and carrots are already in charge of providing enough sweetness.
It is also a gluten-free breakfast that celiacs can drink. They only need to verify that the ingredients are suitable and, above all, that the oats are certified to avoid scares and complications.
To give you a crunchy touch I have added some strips of raw carrot and some nuts that you can substitute for any other dried fruit such as pistachios, cashews, almonds, etc.
